Services
LuzCore provides faceless creator strategy, content systems, funnel building, and personal brand consulting services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any engagement are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payments and fees
All fees are outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms are as specified in your invoice. LuzCore reserves the right to pause or terminate work if payment is not received by the agreed due date.
Refunds
Due to the nature of consulting and digital services, all sales are final once work has commenced. If you have concerns about the quality of work delivered, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Intellectual property
All strategies, frameworks, templates, and materials created by LuzCore remain the intellectual property of LuzCore until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.
Confidentiality
LuzCore treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Results disclaimer
Case studies and results shown on this site reflect real client outcomes but are not guarantees of future performance. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside LuzCore's control.
Limitation of liability
LuzCore's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
